Sunday Duckies

It looks like the Duckies are growing larger by the week.  This is good!  It makes for a better and more competitive round of play.   It is the only league type play that gives us 12+ courses to choose from every week.  As it grows, it will become more difficult to control.  Soon it will have to be treated as a small tourney.  With this growth, it will be impossible for one person to run.  I think now is a good time for suggestions to help take a little pressure off Matt and to help this run smoothly.

Post your suggestions on this thread.

Re: Sunday Duckies

Greetings from Kingrat

I get up Sunday mornings with an "arm erection", ready to throw plastic at 9 a.m.  "3rd Coast" has their mini at 3 p.m. Sundays. They play at Guth Park, an 18 holer alot like Old Settlers, just a "little" shorter.  Even par is a good score. Some guys go low, but not many. The wind is usually 15-20 mph.

The other two courses in Corpus are 9 holers. One is like a long Zilker and the other compares Searight. Lotsa fun.

I won't make it to Waterloo this year.  3rd Coast has an "A Tier" scheduled on the same weekend and I volunteered to help.  Debbie Simmons will be spotting on Mt. Waterloo again so help her out if you can.

You Duckies have a great year and I hope to see you at the year-end party.
